1. Key Account Growth Rate: We’ll be looking at your ability to foster growth within our key accounts here in Boracay. We want to see how effectively you can develop and implement strategic plans tailored to each account, ultimately leading to increased revenue and expanded opportunities.

2. Client Retention Rate: One of our top priorities is maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. We’ll be evaluating your capacity to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty, thereby retaining key accounts and fostering long-term partnerships within the Boracay region.

3. New Business Pipeline Development: Your role will involve actively seeking out and nurturing new business opportunities here in Boracay. We’ll be assessing your ability to identify and qualify leads, as well as your proficiency in building and managing a healthy pipeline that contributes to our company’s growth in the region.

4. Strategic Partnership: Collaboration and partnership are essential for our success in Boracay.
