🌐 What We Expect:

1. Social Media Engagement Growth – your role requires adeptness in driving social media engagement and crafting innovative strategies to elevate our brands within the digital sphere. This entails a deep comprehension of social media trends, user behavior, and competitor analysis, empowering you to pinpoint distinctive opportunities and develop compelling campaigns that captivate our target demographic. You will be expected to double follower count annually across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring a steady influx of engaged users, and to sustain a quarterly 20% increase in engagement rate, measured by likes, shares, and comments, fostering vibrant interactions and brand advocacy among our audience.

2. Marketing Analytics – your role necessitates the capability to enhance the efficiency of our marketing funnel, ensuring optimal performance at every stage of the customer journey. This involves setting and achieving specific targets, such as achieving a Click-Through Rate (CTR) of X% for all social media campaigns, maintaining or increasing the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by X% monthly/quarterly, and optimizing conversion rates across the awareness, consideration, and decision stages.

3. Digital Brand Presence – you will be expected to secure top search rankings consistently for targeted keywords on Google and primary social media platforms. Maintaining a top 1 or 2 search ranking for these keywords at least 90% of the time is crucial for maximizing brand visibility and attracting potential customers.

🌐 What You Should Have:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Business-related courses.
· At least 2 years of prior work experience in the same or similar role.
· Demonstrated Passion for Marketing: An eagerness to learn and a clear passion for marketing, even if you’re a recent graduate, can be a valuable qualification.
· Digital Marketing Familiarity: Understanding and familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as social media management, email marketing, or online advertising.
· Analytical Mindset: An aptitude for data analysis and a willingness to learn and apply data-driven insights to marketing strategies.
· Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing marketing landscape and embrace new technologies and trends.
· Customer-Centric Mindset: A focus on understanding and serving customer needs, with the ability to translate this into effective marketing strategies.
