ยท Delivery Platform Efficiency โ€“ your key responsibility will be optimizing listing, management, and order fulfillment efficiency on delivery apps like Grab, Pickaroo, Metromart, Nurseryvan.com, as well as managing POs for stores like Edamama. Your goal is to achieve 100% efficiency to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

ยท Content Performance Enhancement – ensure 100% target content posting and enhance engagement and conversion rates across our NVCOM and No Compromise Parenting platforms. You must foster meaningful interactions, drive higher engagement levels, and ultimately boost organic conversion rates, strengthening our brands’ online presence and customer connections.

ยท Customer Satisfaction Excellence โ€“ you must achieve 100% resolution of customer complaints and ensure a prompt response rate across all customer inquiries. By doing so, you are ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our brand.

๐ŸŒย You Should Have:

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing and/or Business-related courses.
ยท At least 1 year of prior work experience in a similar role.
ยท Proficiency in managing various online platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)
ยท Strong attention to detail for accurate product listings and updates
ยท Excellent communication and customer service skills
ยท Analytical skills for sales data analysis and insights generation
ยท Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with brands, creatives, finance, operations, events.
ยท Proactiveness in identifying and resolving operational issues and customer concerns.
