🌐 Your Responsibilities:

1. Vending Machine Deployment: Start by identifying and securing prime locations for the vending machines in key areas, maximizing reach and impact.
2. Enhancing Customer Experience: Implement continuous efforts to improve the customer journey, ensuring each vending machine interaction is smooth, efficient, and meets customer expectations.
3. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with local key accounts, creating long-term partnerships that boost the presence and performance of Beach Hut vending machines.

🌐 What We Expect:

1. Key Account Growth Rate: You will be measured on your ability to grow and expand our key account partnerships. Success will be determined by the increase in revenue and the establishment of new, high-potential accounts through strategic planning and execution.
2. Customer Satisfaction: A key metric will be the satisfaction level of customers using our vending machines. This includes tracking feedback, ensuring smooth machine operation, and promptly addressing issues to maintain high customer loyalty.
3. New Location Acquisition: Your success will be evaluated on the number of new, strategically important locations secured for vending machine placements. This will include both the quantity and the quality of new venues identified and onboarded.
4. Partnership Development: We will assess your ability to build and convert strategic partnerships with untapped local key accounts. This will include evaluating how these partnerships contribute to long-term business growth and market penetration.
5. Revenue Growth: A critical metric for this role is the overall revenue contribution from the vending machines. Your effectiveness in driving new business, expanding market reach, and optimizing location performance will be closely tracked.

🌐 You Should Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
FMCG Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years (or more) of hands-on experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Your in-depth knowledge of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes will drive strategic decision-making.
Strong negotiation and networking skills to establish partnerships with local key accounts.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify strategic locations for vending machine deployment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present business proposals effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with retail and distribution strategies is an advantage.
