🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Account Strategies – Set sales targets, create growth plans, and drive results
  • Build & Strengthen Relationships – Understand client needs, foster trust, and drive partnership success
  • Grow Sales & Revenue – Identify upselling opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maximize profitability
  • Leverage Data & Insights – Analyze market trends and account performance to optimize strategies
  • Solve Problems & Resolve Conflicts – Tackle challenges with agility and strategic thinking

💼 What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years in FMCG handling Modern Trade as a Key Account Manager
  • Strong Negotiation Skills – Proven ability to secure favorable terms and contracts
  • Data-Driven Decision-Maker – Ability to analyze insights for strategic planning
  • Innovative Problem-Solver – Agile thinker who tackles challenges from multiple angles
  • Results-Oriented – Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
