🌐 What We Expect:

• Timely Execution of Beach Hut FC Admin Tasks – you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our football club. Your responsibilities will include keeping track of Beach Hut FC attendance, facilitating the sending of Statements of Account (SOAs) to parents, and monitoring payments and collections. You will also process payments to fields, suppliers, and partners. Additionally, you will maintain and organize both digital and physical files of Beach Hut FC, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible. Accurate data entry and management will be essential, as you will input and update data in relevant databases and sheets.

• Assists in Beach Hut FC Module Trainings & Local Games Operational Tasks & Activities – you will assist in organizing and coordinating logistics for training sessions and local games, including booking fields and venues, managing equipment, and overseeing transportation arrangements. Additionally, you will provide on-the-ground support during training sessions and games to ensure smooth operations and facilitation.

• Assist in Budget Monitoring Tracking & Scholar Management – you will assist in arranging flights, accommodation, transportation, and allowances for Beach Hut FC scholars during training sessions, games, and international tournaments. You will also keep track of and liquidate the expenses and allowances of Beach Hut FC scholars.

🌐 You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of prior work experience in the same or similar role.
• Experience in sports management or working with sports teams is preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiarity with database systems.
• Problem Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for training & games.
• Mobility: Ability to travel as needed for events, training, and tournaments.
