You will lead multi-brand strategies, turn consumer and market insights into scalable growth platforms, and ensure innovation translates into strong product–market fit and measurable business impact. 🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Drive marketing profitability by achieving contribution margin targets
- Build and retain a high-performing marketing organization, with at least 80% A-Players
- Drive brand growth through innovation, delivering at least 6 product innovations and 3 marketing innovations per year
- Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into clear brand and growth strategies
- Lead brand positioning, go-to-market execution, and innovation commercialization
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to align priorities and investments
- Steward long-term brand equity through disciplined, responsible, and insight-led decision-making
- Leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve speed, effectiveness, and impact
💼 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 7+ years of brand/marketing experience, with leadership or managerial exposure
- Strong background in brand management, performance marketing, and innovation
- Proven success in launching products and campaigns that drive revenue and penetration
- Experience managing multi-brand portfolios in an FMCG environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
- Highly agile, forward-thinking, and proficient in AI and modern marketing platforms
- Strategic, analytical, creative—and deeply execution-oriented
