đ What We Expect:
NPD Sales Growth and Revenue Targets:Â You will be responsible for driving sales growth for new product developments (NPD) through the execution of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and market analysis. Your key performance indicator (KPI) will be to achieve at least 100% growth in sales for new products within the first year of launch, helping us double NPD sales revenue.
Product Launch Success Rate (Timeliness): As the key player in managing product launches, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all launches are executed on schedule. We expect a 100% success rate, meaning that all products must hit the market on time to maximize launch impact and sales momentum.
Customer Engagement and Retention:Â You will design and implement strategies to foster customer engagement and loyalty, particularly for newly launched products. Your target will be to achieve 100% customer retention within the first year post-launch, driving repeat purchases and enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized marketing efforts.
Market Research and Insights:Â A crucial part of your role will be to gather and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize our product strategies. You will provide insights that directly contribute to improving product positioning and increasing our competitive edge.
Cross-functional Collaboration Efficiency:Â You will work closely with teams from sales, R&D, supply chain, and creative to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Your ability to maintain efficient collaboration across departments will be measured by timely delivery of marketing assets and cohesive execution of marketing plans.
đ You Should Have:
Bachelorâs degree in marketing and/or Business-related courses.
At least 2-3 years of prior work experience in the same or similar role.
Demonstrated Passion for Marketing: An eagerness to learn and a clear passion for marketing, even if you’re a recent graduate, can be a valuable qualification.
Product Marketing Familiarity: Understanding and familiarity with product marketing.
Analytical Mindset: An aptitude for data analysis and a willingness to learn and apply data-driven insights to marketing strategies.
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing marketing landscape and embrace new technologies and trends.
