ð What We Expect:
Conversion Rate (Grow Reach & Visits of our websites)Â â you will be responsible for increasing the reach and visits to our websites, ultimately driving higher conversion rates. This involves implementing effective digital marketing strategies, optimizing SEO, and utilizing social media and content marketing to attract and engage potential customers. Your goal is to transform website visitors into loyal customers, enhancing our overall online sales performance.
Revenue Growth â you must drive significant revenue growth through our ecommerce platforms. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing pricing models, and identifying new market opportunities. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust tactics to maximize profitability. Your success will be measured by the consistent and sustainable increase in revenue, aligning with our companyâs financial goals.
Customer Acquisition Cost â you will be tasked with developing cost-effective marketing strategies that lower the Customer Acquisition Cost while maintaining high-quality leads. This involves meticulous planning of marketing budgets, analyzing the performance of different acquisition channels, and continuously refining approaches to ensure we acquire customers at the lowest possible cost without compromising on quality.
Achieve Best in Class in Basic Metrics (Availability, Search, Ships on Time, Response Time, etc.)Â – you will oversee the availability of products, optimize search functionalities on our websites, ensure timely shipping, and maintain quick and efficient response times to customer inquiries. Achieving best-in-class performance in these areas will involve coordinating with various departments, implementing best practices, and continuously monitoring and improving processes to meet and exceed industry standards.
ð You Should Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in FMCG e-commerce management.
Proficiency in Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
