🎯 Your Mission
Launch, build, and scale Beach Hut Indonesia into a high-growth business by driving ecommerce expansion, retail distribution in Bali, and localized demand generation. Success means achieving targets while building a repeatable and scalable growth engine powered by ecommerce, creators, and strategic partnerships.
🚀 What You’ll Own & Scale
- Full ownership of Indonesia P&L and growth strategy
- Build and scale a high-performing ecommerce engine (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada)
- Drive >50% ecommerce-led growth through performance marketing and platform optimization
- Expand retail presence in Bali—targeting 100+ doors in key tourism and lifestyle locations
- Build a creator-driven demand engine with at least 50 active affiliates and influencers generating sales
- Identify and execute localized marketing strategies that win in the Indonesian market
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing team
- Establish systems for sales tracking, performance analytics, and execution discipline
💼 What You Bring
- 3–6 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or brand growth in Indonesia
- Proven success selling on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or Lazada
- Strong experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator-led growth strategies
- Ability to open and manage retail partnerships, especially in tourism-driven areas like Bali
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable building from zero to one
- Strong analytical and execution skills—you track, measure, and optimize performance
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable in English communication
- Willing to operate lean, fast, and hands-on
