As we continue to scale our portfolio, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Officer to steward and grow one of our core brands, Cycles/Cradle—strengthening its presence, relevance, and connection with consumers.

🌐 What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute brand initiatives for Cycles/Cradle, ensuring strong brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Drive consumer awareness, engagement, and loyalty through well-crafted marketing campaigns
- Translate insights from sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior into actionable strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Digital, and External Partners
- Support go-to-market plans, promotions, and content execution across online and offline channels
- Continuously spot opportunities to strengthen brand relevance and performance
🌐 You Should Have:
- A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (or strong internship experience in marketing/management)
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing or a similar role, must be within FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales data into insights
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Creativity in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI tools to support productivity and creativity
