Increase Number of Views for Generated Organic Content – we expect you to significantly boost the visibility of our organic content. Your content strategies should focus on driving high viewership across platforms, leveraging SEO best practices, staying on top of trends, and maximizing reach through social media algorithms to increase engagement with our target audience.
Develop and Increase the Brandâs Share of Voice (SOV) – utilizing AI-driven social listening tools, youâll be responsible for growing the brandâs Share of Voice (SOV) in the digital space. This will require proactive monitoring of the digital landscape, competitor analysis, and strategic engagement to ensure our brand is consistently visible and leading conversations within key industry segments.

2-3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, specifically TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, targeting Filipino audiences.
Strong understanding of digital trends, influencers, and the competitive social media landscape in the Philippines.
Ability to create culturally relevant content that resonates with Filipino consumers.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and experience in tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and impressions.
Knowledge of regional languages and an understanding of how to adapt content for different areas of the Philippines is a plus.
