Are you a data-driven problem solver who knows how to turn complex information into meaningful business insights? This is more than a reporting role. As DEG’s first dedicated data hire, you’ll have the opportunity to build our Business Intelligence capability from the ground up—from developing data foundations and automating reports to creating dashboards that influence decisions across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Ecommerce.

🎯 Your Mission
Transform fragmented business data into reliable, actionable intelligence that supports better commercial decisions, strengthens operational efficiency, and drives sustainable business growth.
🔑 What You’ll Build & Own

Develop intuitive dashboards and reports that translate complex commercial data into actionable business insights.

Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and automated reporting systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Analyze sales, sell-in, sell-out, inventory, trade spend, ecommerce, and marketing data to identify opportunities and support commercial decisions.

Strengthen master data governance, mapping, reconciliation, and data quality to establish a reliable source of truth across the organization.

Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to identify business needs and translate them into data solutions.

Contribute to the development of DEG’s FY2028 Data & AI Roadmap and help build the organization’s future analytics capabilities.
💼 What We’re Looking For
-
3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or FMCG commercial analytics.

Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI and visualization platforms, with solid SQL skills.

Experience in data modeling, dashboard development, automation, and data pipeline management.

Strong understanding of ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.

Hands-on experience in master data governance, data cleaning, mapping, and reconciliation.

Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect data analysis with actual business decisions.

Self-directed, organized, and comfortable building systems and processes from the ground up.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
