🎯 Your Mission
Maintain the integrity of financial data and ensure accurate, efficient accounting processes that drive the financial health of the organization.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation
- Monitor and reconcile inventory movements and support monthly stock reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support other Finance functions as assigned (e.g., payables, documentation, data entry)
💼 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, inventory, or general accounting functions
- Familiarity with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- High attention to detail, time management, and a strong sense of ownership
- A team player with integrity, initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement
