We’re looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our nationwide supply chain—ensuring speed, accuracy, and operational excellence across every touchpoint.
🎯 Your Mission
Build and lead a high-performing logistics ecosystem that ensures seamless product flow, operational efficiency, and outstanding service delivery. You will play a critical role in strengthening DEG’s backbone—our supply chain—while driving systems that scale with our growth.
🔑 What You’ll Drive & Deliver
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across all hubs and partner locations
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through disciplined stock control and cycle count execution
- Manage and optimize 3PL partnerships to achieve on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries
- Streamline receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for maximum efficiency and speed
- Implement and enforce safety, 5S, and audit standards across all facilities
- Monitor and improve logistics costs, KPIs, and operational performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team
📦 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse and logistics operations (FMCG or distribution preferred)
- Strong track record in managing 3PLs, transport coordination, and multi-site operations
- Deep understanding of inventory systems, warehouse KPIs, and compliance standards
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive both people and process excellence
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and ERP systems
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, ownership, and results
