🌐 Your Mission:

Drive sustainable growth and flawless field execution across the Greater Manila Area. As our Distributor Manager – GMA, you’ll lead distributor partnerships, monitor sales performance, and ensure operational excellence in every store, outlet, and transaction.

🌐 What You’ll Do:

• Achieve 100% sales targets and ensure collections are completed within 14 days.
• Limit returns and rebates to 2% or less.
• Expand distribution by activating at least 500 doors or 50% of the defined universe monthly.
• Manage and grow distributor relationships through consistent business reviews, training, and performance tracking.
• Oversee field execution in coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Ensure full compliance with MDC standards, trade programs, and internal processes.
• Analyze business performance and market trends to drive actionable insights.
• Resolve escalations promptly and proactively across all assigned territories.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and market visits to strengthen in-store presence and competitiveness.

🌐 What You Should Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales or distributor management.
• Track record in managing national key accounts and Distributor operations.
• Strong skills in trade analytics, forecasting, and reporting (Excel, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Willing to travel frequently for market checks and distributor visits.
