Weâre looking for a Business Development Specialist to lead the charge in deploying Beach Hutâs innovative sunscreen vending machines across the country. Your mission: ensure the successful rollout of 20 vending machines in Year 1, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance at every location.
đ What You’ll Do:
Execute the nationwide deployment strategy for Beach Hut vending machines.
Negotiate prime vending locations and favorable commercial terms.
Build operational processes that ensure vending machines are fully functional and customer-ready 98% of the time.
Monitor performance and profitability of each vending unit (PHP 600,000 annual sales target per unit).
Collaborate cross-functionally to swiftly address and resolve operational issues.
Build and nurture key partnerships that support strategic expansion.
Continuously analyze data to optimize deployment plans and customer experience.
đ What You Should Bring:
2+ years of experience in the FMCG industry with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Proven ability to negotiate and secure high-value commercial agreements.
Experience developing and executing strategic business development initiatives.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding business KPIs.
Maturity, independence, and confidence in managing high-impact projects.
